Molly Sutter to serve with FCA Impact Europe

This summer, Molly Sutter (a Hastings College junior and FCA Huddle Leader) will be serving as an intern with FCA Impact Europe from June 11-July 29.  The FCA is partnering with Operation Mobilization to provide a seven week experience designed to train and launch out the next generation of leaders in sports ministry.

Here is more from Molly:

My name is Molly Sutter, and I am currently a sophomore at Hastings College. My major area of study is mathematics (secondary) education, along with working toward a coaching endorsement. Participating in sports is a passion of mine, having participated in all 12 sports seasons during my high school career — four years of each cross-country, basketball, and track — and volunteering as an assistant coach in each of those sports at the high school level while attending college. Another great passion of mine is mission work for God’s glory and working with youth. I have always been active in FCA and my church youth group, serving in leadership roles. Now God has blessed me with the opportunity to combine all of those passions into one mission experience. This summer I will be going to Europe with an FCA “Impact Europe” team. We will travel to Italy to receive training in sports ministry, and then venture throughout Europe, hosting youth camps, sharing our faith, and coaching youth on how to play sports God’s way. Advancing God’s Kingdom through sports is a great way for me to pursue my passion of sports while proclaiming Christ around the world. Romans 10:14 –  “But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them?”
